In June Ann and I returned to Ireland for an exhibition of my work at the Sirius Art Centre. After the opening we headed up to County Kerry and County Clare for some photography. We spent most of our time in the wonderful village of Doolin on the Atlantic coast and I concentrated on photographing The Burren, my favorite area in Ireland. In addition to a stunning landscape the Burren is home to much Irish pre-history going back to the very first inhabitants of the Island.
